On February 1, our company held a school-enterprise cooperation signing ceremony with the School of Microelectronics, Xidian University. Wang Qiang, Executive General Manager of Shenzhen Bomin, Huang Jianguo, Deputy General Manager and Head of Technology Center, Liu Jinlong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Microelectronics, Xidian University, Sun Lirui, Director of the Office of the Institute of Integrated Circuits, School of Microelectronics, Xidian University and other relevant leaders and instructors attended the signing ceremony.

At the ceremony, Mr. Wang delivered a speech. He mentioned that with the support and guarantee of the national industrial policy, the market scale and demand of the electronic industry have been expanding and are developing towards high integration, intelligence and mini-aturization. In order to achieve our strategic goal of differentiated development and consolidate the development and advancement of microelectronics and integrated circuits, we hope that both sides can reach a high degree of cooperation on talent training, basic research, academic exchange, pre-service education and other aspects. Bomin has always adhered to the talent concept of "cherishing talents, cultivating talents, and developing cooperatively" to help employee growth. It is expected that both sides can do a good job and strengthen cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win between schools and enterprises.

Subsequently, Secretary Liu delivered a speech. He first introduced the development process of Xidian University, the teacher resource, professional introduction and employment of graduates of the School of Microelectronics. It points out that integrated circuit is a strategic industry that supports the development of China's economy and information industry, and also the "bottle-neck" key industry that in the Sino-US technological and economic friction. The national "14th Five-Year Plan" will bring about the rapid development of the integrated circuit industry. It is hoped that the both sides can work together to carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation in talent training, project research and other aspects.

Finally, Mr. Wang and Secretary Liu Jinlong exchanged signatures on the cooperation agreement, and representatives of both sides took a group photo. The successful signing of the contract has realized the organic combination and optimal allocation of school-enterprise resources, providing an opportunity for the cultivation of talents in the fields of microelectronics, integrated circuits and other fields.
