The repeated epidemic, the complex and volatile external environment, the Sino-US trade war, the semiconductor impact and other challenges and difficulties have hit us again and again, but also tempered us. With the joint efforts, the Group's businesses have been running smoothly and the work of safety production has also been solidly promoted. Even if the wind blows, we never give up.
Bomin Electronics adheres to the integrated development of the upstream and downstream of "PCB + components + solutions" as the main line, continuously extends the core of PCB business outward, continues to expand the scale of strategic investment, and extends the business field. At the same time, the smooth progress of projects in Jiangsu, Meizhou and Hefei, the acquisition of a number of national and provincial honors and qualifications, and the continuous improvement of the profession of employees all stem from our firm belief in the effectiveness of "Technology, Empowerment & Sharing".
In 2022, we took the "2S & 3M" as the starting point to reduce costs in all directions and achieved remarkable results. At the same time, the implementation of projects such as strategic sorting and marketing management upgrading will certainly help the company achieve its own breakthrough and lay a solid foundation for the first echelon of the PCB industry.
In 2023, we will continue to take PCB as the core, continue to expand the width and depth of the industrial chain, and take discrete components to functional modules, PCBA solution design to EMS (ODM) integrated solutions and product provision as the direction of efforts to provide customers with more satisfactory products and services. Promote the Group's PCB business, continue to extend to high-quality and high-value areas, and build a three-stage rocket for sustained growth, namely, mature business, development business and seed business. We will expand the pattern of "power\energy storage, automotive electronics, intelligent terminals, and data communications", and take "ceramic substrate, characteristic products, and optical modules" as the core to build momentum for future growth. At the same time, promote the group's component business, implement the three major business measures of "steady increase, intro-new and coordination", stabilize the increase of projects under supply, introduce new product lines, and coordinate with the group's customer resources.
In the three years since the outbreak of the epidemic, situation has become more and more complicated, and everyone is under pressure to move forward. But please believe that after crossing the dark adversity, we will finally usher in the sunrise. "A boat that sails against the current will be pushed backward if it does not move forward", we must be fearless of difficulties and challenges. "Charge at the toughest and aim at the farthest", we should attack the most difficult, pursue the most ambitious goal, and go all out to fight the decisive battle in 2023.
